Patricia Choffrut

I have been a professional watercolor artist for 20 years. My paintings are  impressionistic in style, my motivation is to share my view of the amazing human condition and the gifts of the Natural world. I especially like painting people, scenes of Europe, and water with its reflections.

Holding membership in both local and national watercolor and painting societies, I have been given a number of awards locally and internationally for my work, including Best of Show awards,  First  Prize awards, Awards of Excellence, Awards of Merit, and Honorable Mention awards. In addition to painting, I have taught watercolor classes and workshops and have given watercolor demonstrations. I continue to study drawing and painting, have had the honor of working with some prestigious artists. And commission work is something that I love doing: portraits of ancestors and grandchildren, scenes from travel, memories that people cherish.
