The term ‘Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 1500 Jackson St. NE #499, Minneapolis, MN 55413. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The following terms and conditions (together with any documents referred to in them) (collectively, these “Terms”) apply to your use of our website (“Site”), our mobile application, and any information we may access through social media platforms such as Facebook or Twitter (collectively, our “System”), which is owned and operated by us.
- The content of the pages for the System is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

- From time to time, the System may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
- Visiting the Site, using the System, or sending emails to us constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the System, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. To opt out of receiving marketing emails from us follow “unsubscribe” link on the email to change your user preferences. There are certain system-generated and legal notices that you cannot opt out of without deactivating your account.

Any information that these third parties collect via cookies is not linked to any personally identifiable information (name, address, email address or phone number) we collect or you provide on the System. You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising by using Google’s Ads Settings.
