I designed and create bead weaving jewelry by weaving various tapestry forms from seed beads! I love and yearn for that inspirational spark to create, for me this can come from traveling the state of Minnesota too far away exotic places where I absorb the art, landscape, different cultures, spirit and colors of the world.
My free form peyote stitch bead weaving has no actual pattern or preconceived idea of how the piece will look when finished. The bead weaving represents my passionate, non-conventional, edgy interpretation on traditional bead weaving! It’s a pure energy process of mixing my mental stimulation with the process of working with colorful seed beads, meaningful stones, metal, fiber, found objects and creating a context where magic begins.
