I am a street photographer from Minneapolis, Minnesota, focusing largely on spontaneous photos of the street and cultural life of my hometown.
Some people call my kind of street photography boring, and so it is: I much prefer boring into the photographic depths of Minneapolis, over making the rounds of exotic locales I know nothing about; producing an insider’s view of Minneapolis rather than an outsider’s view of the rest of the world.
