The brushstroke poetry collection will be available during Art-A-Whirl. These works explore the conversation between colors within the defined geometry of the square – a format that echoes traditional quilt blocks while allowing for contemporary abstraction. My brushstrokes carry emotional resonance and narrative weight, each mark building upon the last like lines in a poem or stitches in a quilt.

I am glad to feature these during Art-A-Whirl and invite you to set up an appointment to see more of my work at my studio in St. Paul. Original paintings, 8″x8″ (12″x12″ matted) prints of the brushstroke poetry collection, mini 4×4 prints, and some 8″x10″ (11″x14″ matted) of other works will be available.

You may purchase brushstroke poetry online and select the following options.

• Select “Store PIck-up at Art-A-Whirl Pick-Up May 16-18” Bring your ID and it will be waiting for you to pick up. A select number of prints will be available. If there is an artwork you would specifically like a print of, please order ahead of time to ensure it is available.
  • If the color frame you are interested in is not in stock and it is before May 1, we will have it waiting for you for pick up.
  • If the color frame you are interested in is not in stock and the order is after May 1, it will be shipped in approximately three weeks.
• To have an original framed work (up tp $300) shipped to you use the discount code “ARTAWHIRL” when checking out and get free shipping (value of $15). This discount will be available before Art-A-Whirl and through May 31, 2025.
