Screen printers use a many methods to create stencils on thee screens. In this demonstration, I’ll show you how I create stencils using photo emulsion.
This demonstration will cover:

the tools I use such as scoop coaters, exposure table, and photo emulsion

techniques for coating a screen with emulsion

how to determine your exposure time
I have a small studio. So space is limited for this demonstration and masks are required. I will provide KN95 for participants who need them.

I will demonstrate metalpoint drawing, and especially silverpoint drawing, throughout the weekend during Art-A-Whirl. Visitors can try their hand using silver, copper, bismuth and other metals for drawing.
