Notecards: Who’s Afraid of Bees?

A blind contour drawing of a bee is combined with drawings of echinacea flowers to create this ink and watercolor art. I created the original in the summer of 2023. I had experienced some recent stings and so bees were on my mind. It is good to face our fears. It is good to understand that bees are an essential part of our world. I did not let my fear of being stung again keep me from being outside doing what I love.

This image is printed onto 7″x5″ folded greeting cards that are blank inside and come with envelopes.
