An abstract exploration of shapes, layers, textures and feelings.  The creation of “Go Ask Alice” was heavily inspired by musical influences, particularly George Benson’s jazz rendition of Grace Slick’s original song, “White Rabbit.” These auditory experiences translated into a visual need to introduce a white, whimsical element, which the rabbit perfectly fulfills. The addition of this realistic figure marks a new direction in the artist’s typically abstract oeuvre, blending realism into the abstract landscape in an innovative and captivating way.
