Sandra Menefee Taylor’s work is propelled by the deep interest she has for matters of land, body, and spirit. She chooses materials that bring their own meanings, and looks for voices that connect, like poet-farmer Wendell Berry, who says, “Soil is the one thing we all have in common.” Sandra’s artmaking career spans community-oriented public art projects, studio practice, book arts, and multidisciplinary collaboration with other artists. Join us in celebrating the exhibit during the Community Reception on June 27.
