Compassionate Ocean Zen Center Welcome Session for New People
Guided meditation instruction and a Dharma talk oriented to those newer to Compassionate Ocean or Zen will be presented at this Sunday morning program. Welcome sessions provide extra orientation and are a great time to try Zen Meditation for the first time.
