I started working from the figure in February of 2015 at the Florence Hill drawing coop at the California Building in North East Minneapolis. I decided to use the posed figures as an element in my abstract work. In this work I am accentuating the gestural elements of the drawings and I am attempting to make figures to look like they are dancing.
