Bonnie Lauber-Westover

I love to draw. My work is primarily large color drawings, many in colored pencil or pastel. My work reflects my love of gardening and the outdoors, as well as beautiful objects around me.  Everyday subjects become much more  interesting as they reflect light and play against each other in still life arrangements. As a drawing teacher, I have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of set ups  which I  share with my students. I especially enjoy the challenge of drawing objects with bold color, shiny surfaces, interesting pattern.  The world is a beautiful place and I love to draw it!
