Dreaming of Spring
In April 2023 in Minnesota, USA, it seemed that spring would never arrive. This is a tree at my friend’s cabin. It is dreaming of the green that will arrive someday soon.
This same tree in March of 2024 is wondering what happened to winter!

The original is a 12″x16″ archival ink pen drawing on paper with watercolor details. It is framed in gray wood with a black mat. It is part of the group show “Growing Community: a Forest of Art” in Studio 332 of the Northrup King Building. It will be available for you to take home when the show ends March 24.
