Instructor: Cody Filardi. Are you an artist who dabbles in many mediums? Are you looking to find a common thread between these practices and experiment or weave them into a larger work? This is an interdisciplinary course that combines creative writing, drawing, photography and fiber arts. By drawing inspiration from various artists working across these fields, we will also consider the history of interdisciplinary engagement and where our work exists within this context through various prompts and exercises. This course does not require mastery or advanced expertise but students should have a handle on these mediums.
