Rogue Begonia is excited to offer a four-session virtual painting workshop with author, teacher, and artist Larry Moore. Drawing from his book, Fishing for Elephants, Larry will help you form an artistic vision and develop a thematic body of work. Focus will be on working with the components of creativity, the visual language of paint, nontraditional approaches to expression, and how to achieve bold compositions.
Larry has written and taught extensively on different ways to think and how to explore, build, define, and refine your unique artistic voice. This course offers a path to a deeper level of painting, decision-making, exploration, and visual communication. Students of all skill levels and all mediums are welcome. Some experience in painting is helpful. That said, this class isn’t limited to painting. There are many ways for an artist to express an idea.
This is a fun-filled four-session workshop that focuses on concept development and refining the work created in Digging Deep – Level 1, a prerequisite for Level 2.
