Jairid Rossow is an emerging artist based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is attracted to a variety of subject matter/styles and revels in it. Jairid is producing convincing illusions for the viewer to ponder, with brush and metaphor. His current body of work focuses on the natural world in his plein-air scapes and paradoxes of life, death, and vices in his studio work. Jairid has a playful spirit and is not afraid of inserting his dark humor and satirical notes. You can find Jairid at random in his studio, in a field, or in a classroom. He paints to the spirit of nature with an academic lens and strives to remain spontaneous.

*Disclaimer: It is four flights of stairs. We will provide water at the top and a place to sit if needed. There are 4 artists in total and a vintage clothing shop that will be open. Make the climb, see some art, take in the view!
