The Russian invasion of Ukraine and the resulting unspeakable violence is weighing on me and this bird is an expression of my support for the Ukrainian people and my hope for peace and rebuilding.
On the back, there’s an inscription that states “Nie wieder Krieg”, which means “No more war” in German.
