Square: Wild Iris

This Iris was growing wild in a marsh in Northern Minnesota. I painted it on watercolor paper and mounted the paper onto wood. The wood is painted with a dark blue acrylic paint. Some of the acrylic paint is dry-brushed onto the watercolor paper and some acrylic paint details are added to the flower.
