Island Lake Park

I remember the day I painted this in 2008. I had just a couple hours until my next appointment. I found a spot in Island Lake Park with a nice view of the frontage road bridge and the I-694 freeway just beyond that. I focused on the lights and darks and tried to not get lost in the details.
