Cool Place to Rest on a Prairie Trail
I was hiking at Frontenac State Park in Minnesota. It is well known for the views of the Mississippi River, but this time I wanted to explore the prairie trails. It was a hot sunny day. After about a mile I was doubting the wisdom of my choice to hike where there were few trees. And then suddenly I noticed the next tree had a bench under it. A perfect place to rest, have lunch, and paint a picture of the view. Looking up.
The original is watercolor on a 12″ x 9″ canvas board. It is sealed with wax and in a floater frame without glass.
Price is reduced because of a tiny spot of damage.
