All Life is Interrelated

Raku fired ceramic  bird that fits comfortably in your palm.

I created this bird during the first weeks of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and my shock and grief at the suffering of the Ukrainian people. Anti war visuals and a beautiful quote by Dr. Martin Luther King express my sentiments perfectly: “War is absolete. All life is interrelated.” On the opposite side I engraved “Nie wieder Krieg”, which means “No more wars” in German.
