Working and Display Space
Starting June 1, we’re looking for a third artist to join us in studio 244 at the Northrup King Building. Both myself and my studio mate are oil painters. We use the studio as a working space and as an exhibition space, and are looking for someone who is excited about doing the same. Our studio is located on the 2nd floor of the Northrup King Building. We’re near the loading dock and freight elevator, and get great traffic during open studio events. The space is about 900 square feet, with 15-foot ceilings and wood floors. Each person gets about a third of the space, and rent is $225 a month.
We’re looking for another artist who is respectful about sharing space, considerate of others and serious about their practice.
