Are your art supplies gathering dust? Do you have brushes, paints, or materials you no longer use? It’s time to declutter and refresh your collection with the NEMAA Member Supply Swap!
Join us at the Artspace Jackson Flats on July 20th, 2024, to trade in your gently used art supplies for new-to-you treasures. Whether you’re a painter, sculptor, crafter, or mixed media artist, this swap is your chance to find new materials and connect with fellow creators and NEMAA Members. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for your sipping pleasure courtesy of Elusive Botanical Bar by Dashfire.
Supply Drop-Off:
Dates: July 01, July 08 and July 15.
Time: 5:00PM to 6:30PM.
Location: Northrup King Building, Suite #319
Donation Guidelines:
We are seeking any and all gently used or never-been-used materials you may have collecting dust in your studio space, your storage closets, or just hanging around wherever you create! From brushes and paints, to clay and glazes, to scrap fabric or beads. This is a wonderful opportunity to put your excess materials towards building connections with other NEMAA members.
Example of materials can be but are not limited to:
- Unused canvases
- Excess but usable clay from a finished project
- Hot glue guns, palette knives, embroidery hoops
- Scrap fabric or scrap wood
- Gently used paints, colored pencils, or markers
Please note: In order to ensure the quality of materials exchanged, we kindly ask that you do not bring broken, damaged, excessively used or mostly empty supplies. We will not be accepting items that are not usable during donation drop-off. Let’s keep the swap filled with items that are functional for our fellow artists.
