Joyce Lyon will talk about her exhibition, Cooper’s Pond at Form+Content Gallery on Thursday, July 13 at 7pm.
In these new large-scale works, Lyon evokes the autumnal world of a boreal Minnesota pond. She translates the vibrancy and complexity of reflected images using the sensual medium of oil stick and the gestural engagement of drawing. The event is free and open to the public.
