Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, located across the street from the Casket Arts Building, will present a two-class introduction to Zen meditation and related practices.
Monday evenings, May 9th and 16th,
7:00–9:00 PM.
It will consist of a combination of discussion about Zen and its relevance to daily life, some information about Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, and instruction in sitting meditation.
Guiding Teacher Michael O’Neal will lead this program, which is intended to be a starting point for those curious about or new to Zen.
There is no fee to participate. Pre-registration is required. This course will be held in-person at 652 17th Ave NE in northeast Minneapolis.
