Handle With Care: Mug Making Workshop
In this workshop, you’ll learn fundamental ceramic skills and techniques through demonstration and individualized instruction to make a ceramic mug of your own design. Learn how to use a paper template to plan your mug and then build it using slab construction. Add a handle and decoration to personalize it and then paint your mug with colorful underglaze. A food-safe, clear glaze is applied to all projects. Projects are ready for pick up 3 weeks after class meets. Ages 6 and up.
Classes for adults and children are held in a private studio in the Northrup King Building in Minneapolis. Classes are limited to 8 participants ages 6 and up.

Payment is due prior to start of class. Cash, check, credit card, or Venmo are accepted. A 48-hour cancelation notice is required.
