Visitors to the Lens Prose Gallery Studio loved Sanjukta Mitra paintings so much, we’ve extended her as our Guest Artist of the Month for March! She will be rotating her work, so come see something new at LPGS!
We absolutely fell in love with the emotion, textures, color and light in her work, the spirit they embody. You have to see her work in person to fully appreciate them, on display at the gallery through February.
Sanjukta was born with an artist’s soul, art has been her purpose of life as she has always found joy in expressing herself through visual art, dance and music. Born and raised in India, she has been a self taught artist for most part of her life until very recently in the year 2021, when she quit her corporate job to take up art professionally.
