Cacao Ceremony + Sound Bath
Eden (of Eden Embodied) will guide us through the age old tradition of sharing cacao with intention. The cacao ceremony leads into gentle movement and breath work to allow the medicine to integrate into the body. We then settle into a full hour of the healing vibrations of crystal and brass singing bowls paired with chimes and traditional drumming.
This will be a cozy evening of expansion and community connections. Bolsters and blankets are provided, but please feel free to bring any extra pillows or blankets from home to get extra comfortable! Come with an open mind and heart. Eden Bauer is a passionate nature lover, reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, vibrational sound therapist, and dedicated birth doula.
