
Breathwork Practices ~ Bridging the Scientific and Spiritual Gap
Join Jes Rosenberg, BFA, MID, YACEP, 500/E-RYT, 200/500 RYS, Mind & Body Educator, Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master in an engaging workshop to learn the mind-body science behind yogic breathing.
In this workshop, we will discuss how our brain is positively affected by yoga to be calm and balanced. You’ll find out why the system of yoga, and each posture, is ‘repair’ work, undoing inner knots. We’ll connect with our breath through a feel-good flow and experience simple yet transformational movements and breathing exercises. You will leave class with easy breathing tools that you can use in your lives, off the yoga mat, that enhance your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing so that you can respond to life’s challenges from the best part of yourselves with courage and compassion.
This class is $30 for members or $50 for two people (member + guest), $35 for non members or $60 for two people (non-members). **If you would like to sign up as a twosome, please reach out via email and we can register you with the discounted rate.**
