The Life Cycle of the Plant

Getting nourishment from the earth through its roots, and light from the sun above, the plant blooms like us, in the meeting of heaven and earth.

As we paint a plant cycle from seed, to bud, to bloom and then decay, we see the similarity in the cycles of our own biography.

Wet-on-Watercolor is a gentle introduction to the creative process based on Margarethe Hauschka’s Therapeutic Painting Technique. The time spent with these pure colors and liquids is rejuvenating to the body and soul as we use this process to access the well of creativity within us.
