Directory profile: Marcia Soderman
Marcia Soderman, MFA, is a painter in oils and water-based mediums, including acrylic and watercolor, in both very large and small formats. Drawing is also an important part of her art work. She is a member of the Women and Water Rights Project, a traveling exhibition and series of events that began in 2010 in Minneapolis to raise awareness about water. Her work has been published in several art journals, including International Contemporary Artists, Studio Visit, and Twin Cities TOSCA, and is in numerous private collections throughout the U.S.. Her 9-foot painting, "Lake Superior Rhythms," is on view at the Women's Clinic of Boynton Health Services, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. The artist accepts commissions. She welcomes frequent visitors to her Grain Belt Bottling House studio! Call or email for an appointment.
