Artist Statement: I am a wildlife and landscape artist. I express myself through realistic, acrylic and watercolor paintings as well as black and white ink drawings. I am motivated to make artwork of wildlife because I like watching nature documentaries and I am inspired by wildlife from where I grew up in Kenya. I like to capture events and moments of movement in my artwork. I create artwork to be shared and enjoyed by others. I want viewers to have the opportunity to experience the events in my paintings as if they were on a safari or witnessing these moments in nature. It is my goal to have a solo exhibition.
