Otter Nature

I want to share beauty, wonder, and weirdness of this world.  I use various media to express different ideas – photography for awesome nature, digital for geometric and mandala types of art, and paints for mixing colors and textures and letting creativity flow, or creating scenes I imagined.

I like capturing the natural world’s changing aspects from sunsets to fall colors.  I enjoy taking photos from various viewpoints to create unusual photos. ‘I wonder what it would look like if – I lay on the ground and looked up at that tree, or that vegetable close up, or this tree bracketing the Grand Canyon”.

I also enjoy acrylic painting.  I start with an idea of what to paint, and then let the paint speak to me. Most of my canvases take on a life of their own as I go with the flow.

I enjoy experimenting with differing ideas, materials and techniques as the spirit of Creativity moves this Otter to create art.
