Map & Directions
My focus has been personal growth. I am aware of the international art scene and grew with it as my example. I have 40 years of creative experience. I mix mediums and materials to support the direction of each project. Drawings and collages from the 1980s focused on fruit. During the 1990s I became more conceptual and abstract. Currently I am using languages to celebrate the people I’ve met while living in Minneapolis. My art has been exhibited nationally, (including the International Gallery of the Smithsonian Institution) regionally (at colleges and museums), and locally. My art has been collected by the University of Minnesota, the Minneapolis Foundation, the Minnesota State Fair Foundation and can be found in many private collections. Please contact me to see works in my collection.
Loretta Bebeau is open on Saturday & Sunday of Art-A-Whirl weekend.
My hours for in person visits will be: noon to 5 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
My work is also available online at nemaa.org/art-a-whirl. Please check my website too.
