James Bittancourt

I’m a multi-disciplinary artist based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I take a unique approach to creating meaningful paintings, songs, and writing grounded in the simplicity and diversity of sense, sound, grammar, intention, emotion, and inspiration.

I plan to be on-site at the Northrup King Building (1500 Jackson St NE, Minneapolis, MN) for most site events, including Open Studio Saturdays (typically between 12-4pm) and First Thursdays (5-8pm). I will also plan to participate in NEMAA-sponsored events (including Art Attack: November 2023).
