Life is a beautiful riot of experiences and relationships, both light and dark. Unpredictable and emotional. My work reflects my own journey my feelings, my emotions, and my imagination through color and texture with reckless abandon to make sense of the darkness and make way for the light. I make these things to fill the emptiness. In times of profound sadness, out of desperation for a real connection with something, something meaningful. I make these things to connect with others and face my own insecurities. My use of vivid color expresses my ultimate goal to be a source of light in a world of darkness. For without light color would not exist.
