Estefania A.Z.

Estefania holds a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from the Adler Graduate School, and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Translation and Interpreting from The University of Minnesota Twin Cities.

As an art psychotherapist, Estefania’s goal is always to help her clients find the expressive arts medium and research-based coping tools that allow them to express themselves, heal, and manage symptoms via mental health and art therapy principles. She also is a certified translator and interpreter, which is helpful to some clients and families in her practice.

As an artist, Estefania loves a variety of mediums including creating public art installations, photography, sculpting, painting, creative direction and jewelry making – always with the objective of enjoying the process of creating a visual representation of her environment. She aims to provide integrative art experientials focused on mindfulness, and some common themes in her art include flowers, music, lions, Minneapolis and llamas.
