Edina Coffee Roasters

ECR came about after settling down in the community of Edina, MN. After seeing how much we really love the community here, it just made sense to work towards our passion of establishing a coffee roasting company that connects with coffee lovers both in the city we live and beyond.

Our hope is simply to transform ordinary coffee into something beautiful. How?

First, by sourcing and roasting delicious coffees from around the world!

Second, by meeting everyone where they’re at – whether it’s a wholesale partner, someone brewing their morning coffee at home, or someone looking for that perfect gift for a friend, and everything in-between.

Third, by staying engaged. It is our desire to not only be your source for quality coffee but a solid resource for brewing methods, coffee selection, flavor profiling, cupping practices, holiday gifting, and so much more. If you need pointers, we hope to be a solid resource to level up your coffee game no matter where you’re at.

Last, by being transparent. Maintaining connection and being real about what we’re learning in the coffee or business world, we want to make sure transparency is part of who we are.
