Annie Irene Hejny is a voice for the earth and has exhibited nationally including at the Minnesota Museum of American Art, Wausau Museum of Contemporary Art, and Minnesota Marine Art Museum. Her artwork is held in private collections in 30 states and internationally, including Minnesota Vikings Art Collection, Target Corporation, and the Hilton Corporation.

Artist residencies include: Lanesboro Arts with the Jerome Foundation, Science Museum of Minnesota Artist at Pine Needles, Grand Marais Art Colony, and Anderson Center at Tower View. She has been awarded grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board and Kolman & Reeb Gallery. As a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide and a Minnesota Water Steward, she explores themes around our human connection with nature and freshwater protection.

Annie Irene Hejny is open for Fall Open Studios on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Thank you for visiting my studio. Masks are optional in my studio space. I will be away from the studio on Saturday for part of the day, but hope to have someone present for me. Please reach out with questions or artwork inquiries.
