The 25th Art-A-Whirl is around the corner!

NEMAA presents Art-A-Whirl, the largest open studio tour in the country, which brings an estimated 45,000 people into Northeast Minneapolis over a three-day weekend in May every year. This beloved event is a mainstay in the cultural identity of the Twin Cities, a powerful economic driver for the neighborhood, and is a celebration of the creative community that makes its home here. 2020 Art-A-Whirl Media Kit

The printed NEMAA Directory and Guide serves as a useful tool for navigating Art-A-Whirl for thousands of visitors with the much sought-after maps of the Arts District and Greater Northeast, artists and business listings, Dining and Craft Brew Guides, and information on transportation, accessibility, “I Bought Art” special offers, and more.

In Studio magazine showcases the thoughtful and exciting creative stories of our region and members. It is a long-lived publication that can communicate to a much wider audience beyond the borders of Northeast; a publication that lives on coffee tables and in hotel lobbies. The stories additionally launch online and spread through social media, shining the light on Northeast year-round and attracting attention not only locally, but regionally and nationally.

The Spring 2020 issue will combine the best of both worlds in a playful and unique hybrid of beautifully printed magazine content, Member Directory, and Art-A-Whirl Guide, reaching audiences during Art-A-Whirl weekend and long after.
