Art-A-Whirl, presented by Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association (NEMAA), is one of the largest open studio tours in the country. During Art-A-Whirl, private artist studios and galleries are open to the public, creating a fun atmosphere to connect with artists and purchase original artwork.
